Reduced Administration
CarDATA will complete an analysis for each driver or
group of drivers, by city and province to determine a
fair and accurate reimbursement rate. A one-page
allowance schedule is prepared for each driver
listing the individual cost components, which then
tabulate their total reimbursement rate.
Flexibility
Reimbursement rates can be cents per kilometre, dollars
per month or a combinationrate of dollars per month
for fixed costs and cents per kilometre for the variable
operating expenses. The exception is the executive team,
which may be better served by a fixed dollar
reimbursement rate.
Regular Updates
Allowance schedules can be updated on a monthly,
quarterly or on an as needed basis. The cost of fuel,
the most variable element, can be isolated to a given
week or in the form of a quarterly average for each
specific city.
Policy Support and Design
CarDATA designs Vehicle Policies and Company Car Policies. Policy topics include eligibility, administration, liability, safety, reimbursement method and current market trends. Policy enforcement is incorporated in the policy design.
